The Full Story
Katherine Shepler started professionally acting at the age of 7 in Atlanta, Ga. Her love for drama and storytelling led to a love for onscreen and onstage stories. She has had the blessing of taking part in several feature films such as Hallmark's "The Front of the Class" (2008), Tyler Perry's "The Single Mom's Club" (2011), The Kendrick Brother's "Like Arrows" (2017), and more. She is currently in the process of filming an upcoming TV series entitled "These Stones" in Atlanta. In between film projects, she found a love for commercial work. Her commercial and print work was another way for her to share in the joy of creating and led to her interest in theatre opportunities.
Katherine participated for several years in the Alliance Theater's summer drama camps before leaning into more theater productions in high school. She enjoyed being a part of over 13 shows throughout her high school years including straight plays such as "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime", "Praying for Rain" and "John Lennon and Me", musicals such as "Curtains", "Cabaret", "9 to 5", and "Young Frankenstein", and cirque performances including "Cirque Tantara", "Cirque Miraz" and "Cirque Katana". This high school love for theater led her to participate in a couple of productions at Liberty University such as "As It Is In Heaven", "Crazy for You", and "Kiss me, Kate".

Aside from on-camera and on-stage work, Katherine has taken part in several voice-over projects including "Care Bears", "Special Agent Oso", and even voiced an Ariel bathtime doll!

Katherine's love for sharing stories through drama has and will always impact her desire to help others share their story whether that be through theater, dance, music, or another form of creative expression. Her acting resume can be seen below.
